I called her and after hearing that it was already under contract, decided I was just going to stay put in my current home. I discovered Patty when I went to go help my 92-year-old Mom move her furnishings to her new place. I asked my Mom who is this person who is efficiently directing the group that was there to help. My Mom said, “That’s Patty Dykstra, my realtor.” I knew then that with Patty’s help my wife I could sell our distress property. We asked Patty if she would work with us and she came by to view the property.
