Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful experience. Patty and her team made it substantially less so. The team assisted us with everything from selecting a realistic price to confirming receipt of wired funds. The sale of our home was primarily handled by Hannah and Jessica. We cannot say enough wonderful things about both. From the very beginning we were asked what kind of involvement we wanted. It was made clear that if we preferred to be "hands off," the team could accommodate us so we would only be contacted if necessary. Our personal preference was the opposite end of the spectrum ... to be kept informed of every detail. That request was meticulously honored ... even when it meant several calls a day. We moved out of the house prior to it being put on the market. So the house was unoccupied during the entire sales process. This added a new level of service that met and exceeded. Hannah and Jessica made frequent extra trips to the home during and after work hours to make certain everything was in the best possible condition. It was like having a "concierge real estate agent". I strongly recommend Patty's team.
