I really cannot say enough good things about Patty and Chris. From the beginning Patty was kind, honest and very thoughtful about everything. I had not sold a home in over 20 years and there were a lot of emotions tied to it and she really understood that. We had open houses, private showings, photos, drone images, all of it, and the pricing and marketing, all were exactly right. We had an offer for full price within about three weeks which honestly surprised me, especially since it was right around the holidays. What stood out most to me is how supported I felt through the whole process. Selling a home you raised your kids in is not easy and Patty and Chris handled everything with so much care and patience. Even after closing they checked on me and helped with recommendations while I was relocating. They work extremely well as a team and I am very grateful I chose them for the sale of my Southwest Ranches home. I would recommend them without hesitation.
