I had the pleasure to being introduced to Patty Da Silva from Green Realty properties, as she, her husband Chris and her team, were recommended by one of my neighbors, as I was in the process of getting my property listed and needed a real-estate professional to handle it. We met with Patty, she took the needed time to get acclimated with the property details and our goals in achieving a successful sale. She provided her strategy and plan; we signed the listing agreement and were very satisfied of the process and the results at the end.
