I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Green Reality Properties. Patty was upfront, honest, and managed to sell our Apartment in Century Village so fast it was amazing. Patty and Devon always keep you informed, and update to date. It was wonderful to get that attention, and I am sure she gives it to each client she interacts with. She fights for her client, and does her best to smooth out any hiccups along the way. To get someone to care about her clients like that is a rarity in Florida Real Estate. Patty Da Silva is an extremely professional Realtor and broker. She communicates very well and provided regular updates during the sale of our house. We listed our house in early November and the photos of the property were amazing! Patty's team held a few private open-house events, only inviting people that had shown interest on the online sites. Within three weeks we received an all cash offer that was on target with our goal. The closing process was very easy and the attorney that Patty uses was very professional and he also saved us about $2,000 in unnecessary closing fees!
