Patty is an industrious person with a knowledge of her work which makes her a huge help in either buying or selling real estate. She represented our son in his purchase of a home and did an impressive job . When we decided to sell our condominium, we went to her and had her do the job. It was done rapidly at the price we reached after working with her. She saw to it that all details were carried out concerning opening and closing escrow. There have been no problems. She is an attractive person and a pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly.
