Patty Armor

Patty is a wonderful agent. She has an unsurpassed knowledge of the local market, great relationships with many other agents, and a huge library of contacts in case something needs to be done to a property before listing (and even during :) ). The collaboration between us as seller, the buyers and title/escrow was brilliant. Anybody who has done a real estate deal recently knows how crazy the paperwork and some issues related to buying or selling can get. Patty has a never fading positive attitude and calm demeanor that helps a lot when things are stressful and deadlines need to be met.
