In todays real estate market, interest rates are at an all-time-low, which prompted me to downsize, and purchase another home. To assist me with this process, I was in touch with Maryland Real Estate Network (MREN). With the initial contact from MREN, I spoke with Kenny Smallwood who patiently discussed details of the listing process. It was a lot of information conveyed in understandable terms. Then, Catherne Bross, their photographer captured and posted fantastic pictures of the home that generated multiple offers. I also worked with Patty Smallwood who ensured everthing was done for a successful open house, as the house sold in two (2) days! I was so impressed with the service received during the sale of my home, I hired them to assist me with the purchase of my new home. From the onset to the end, the MREN team shared a wealth of knowledge in the realestate business, they answered all questions, returned phone calls timely, and assisted me with selling items in my home. This was not only going the extra mile, but enabled me to select the right storage space and not pack unnecessary items for the move to my new home. More importantly, I felt I was their only client, although I was not. This was a seamless, good experience, and I will be sure to refer MREN to others.

This company is very organized with list of things to do prior to selling your home. They gave me a packet to keep and refer to with helpful tips. I also appreciated the feature of having someone stage my home prior to taking pictures and putting in on the market, and believe that made a HUGE difference in selling my house in TWO days! Ken was very knowledgeable and patient with me being a first time seller. He was always available for any questions and concerns.
