Patton is someone who is born and raised in Austin which is rare to find in this town. He has excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Travis and surrounding counties. Probably what I liked best about Patton was you didn't feel like he is just trying to churn business when he worked with you. He was very patient and was concerned about having a satisfied customer not to just make a sale. I can honestly say that my family and I found the right house, in the right community, in the right ISD (Independent School District). We told Patton what we wanted when we started the process and we got just what we wanted.
