WOW. Patton and Natalie worked wonders for us. Patton helped us buy our first home in the midst of the pandemic, moving from Westlake to Round Rock, and negotiated terms that made us, nervous first time home buyers, as comfortable as the most seasoned real estate professional. Naturally, when it was time to sell, they were our first call to discuss timing and extenuating circumstances. They conducted a thorough initial consultation, and walked us through various market factors at play to help us choose the best listing price of our home in Round Rock. They could not have been more professional. They staged our home for photos, and conducted an immediate open house. The house looked so great, that we wondered why we hadn't used them to decorate while we lived there. Our home received multiple offers above list price in a relatively slow market in the first 3 days after listing. We were one of 4 similarly sized homes/ floor plans, and it seemed as if we were the only house on the market in Teravista. They were instrumental in helping us move on a very tight timeline, and worked very well with our buyer's agent, negotiating on our behalf for the best possible sales price and terms. After the move they coordinated new buyer questions on a lease back and made sure we settled well in our new home out of state. Patton met us at closing and helped translate the real estate legalese along with our title agent Paige Jenkins. The entire experience was thorough, fast, transparent, comfortable and efficient. Patton and Natalie treated us like we were one of the Drewett family, and will have my most profound endorsement on any real estate transaction in which they are involved.
