Patti wood was very honest and up front about the sale of the Marvin gardens house on Prescott. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had brought literature of houses that had sold or was being sold in the area . In order to assure we could get the the most for our house . She made suggestions about fixing and replacing things that needed to get done. She gave us a target time she believed the house would sell and did it in less time . She literally made it easy for us and we were all very happy withe the out come . I would suggest to anyone to go with patti wood in the selling of their home . Her experience and knowledge is a huge plus and she was an absolute pleasure to have on our side ..
