She helped us in so many ways that I would’ve never been able to figure out on my own. Negotiations, timeliness of negotiations as she guided us in patience, practicality, and how to handle requested upgrades and or repairs, lending confidence and sticking to our guns pertaining to what we were entitled to as fair market value. She showed honest and thorough concerns and understandings for our goals and situation. I truly appreciate her.
