Our home was beautiful and well-maintained, but overloaded with 40+ years of accumulated possessions. We needed to sell quickly, but had no idea how to proceed. Patti walked through the house with us room by room, and explained what we needed to do inside and out to make it attractive to buyers. Patti helped us decide among them, and negotiated timing, terms, and price that met our needs. When a few complications arose (as they inevitably do!) Patti worked with us and our lawyer to resolve them quickly. Patti is energetic, responsive, and knowledgeable about the community, the psychology of buyers and sellers, the marketplace, and the process.
