Patti came loaded with information from documents of the home purchase 24 years ago, and "comp" sales in our vicinity, and eagerly sought out our goals and particulars. She was very perceptive of our individuality and needs as elderly folks, and related with the kindness usually seen from family members. She staged the home and arranged for an outstanding photographic production for the internet that was stunning. Amazing views of the mountains and sunsets were recorded in a fashion resembling the artistry of National Geographic. When tricky points came up in negotiations she calmly guided us through. Her personal care and attention were heart warming, and we will treasure our friendship for years. One could not find a better guardian of our best interests.
