Selling The Unsellable House

My husband and I were living in a house that his grandfather built in Camp Hill many many many years ago. With a baby coming we thought it was about time to sell that home and look for a new one. We stumbled upon Patti through the new construction that we were looking to buy. Though she wasn't in our area she took on the challenge of listing/selling the home. Patti was very honest with what we needed to fix and how we needed to stage the home. She was open in communication about pricing of the home, keeping in contact about showings, and updating us about the home we were purchasing. We went through several processes of offers and contracting on the home to have the buyer fall through for various reasons. Patti kept moving forward and encouraged us that we would get it done and be cozy in our new home soon. There is no doubt that whoever you go through, buying and selling a home is stressful, but Patti helped ease that and guide us along the way. We loved working with you and are very happy in our new home!
