Patti took care of much of the preparation before the sale by selecting new carpeting and paint color and made arrangements for the work to be completed immediately. Patti was a referral to us from our friends who also relocated from out of state. From the beginning Patti was welcoming and reassuring, took us on as friends and was never pushy. (Searching for the right real estate agent can be overwhelming!) Patti took us on quickly and worked to find us our first home as if she was helping her own kids.
