I was not very familiar with the area or the real estate buying process in NY. Patti was excellent at telling me about the area and great places to visit/eat. She gave me some great tools to help in evaluating different properties, helped me with the pros and cons of each, and answered all of my many questions! She was honest, direct, and such fun to spend time with! She made the process very easy.
