Simply the best broker I have ever used.
I have been a broker for 20 years, and have worked with Patti exstensively during that time. Her professionalism, ethics, and negotiating skills are superb. She has listed homes in every price range, but specializes in the high-end segment of the market. I chose not to list my own home myself, and I am convinced that her skills alone and her tenacity got us an additional $100,000 when it was sold. I would not use any other broker.
