Patti is an outstanding agent who helped us sell our home recently. She is very experienced but not is also flexible to work with us to accommodate ever changing situation with our home sale. Perhaps more than anything else, it was Patti's integrity that swayed us to seek Patti's help for our home sale. We went to Patti mostly looking for information to determine if we should sell our house or not. With the information we received it made sense to sell the house and invest in something else. Patti was excellent in the listing, screening all offers and finally closing the deal. Times were a little rough with the other agent, but Patti kept her cool better than I did (we were ready to walk away) and she was able help us look beyond the petty issues and look at the bigger (future) picture. We are so happy Patti worked with us and would do it again.
