Due to unusual circumstances outside of my or Patti's control, the sale of my home required hurdling some high obstacles. Patti's knowledge, experience and expertise were invaluable in getting the sale done. She is an extremely hard worker and very dedicated to doing the best for her clients. She is honest, trustworthy and professional in her interactions and kept me informed of where we were in the process every step of the way. In my case, she held about a dozen Open Houses that resulted in useful feedback from potential buyers. She even went the extra mile in helping to clear snow from the property when it looked like it might affect the closing negatively. In addition, she's a great person and a pleasure to deal with. Working with Patti to find our dream lake house was refreshingly easy. Patti's professionalism was apparent from the beginning, in her prompt (and I mean wthin minutes!) responses to any questions we had. She was with us from the get-go, spending hours while we enjoyed familiarizing ourselves with the property to staying with us during the inspection, walk-through and closing. If there was a question she couldn't answer, she had no problem making the appropriate phone calls for answers. We think the reason we were so pleased to work with Patti was that she actually made the buying process a pleasant experience, which enabled us to keep our focus on the excitement of owning our new home!

Patti did an excellent job listening to our interests and identifying multiple properties that met our needs. During a tour of our final four possibilities, she provided valuable insight into how each property fit and did not fit our preferences. Negotiation was smoothe and effective. I found Patti to be professional, accessible and responsive. A great experience!

Patti is fabulous! Her energy is contagious, her honesty is refreshing and her knowledge is second to none. She was quick to respond to any question, day or night.
