Had a great experience, Patti went about 50 "extra" miles, often literally. The house was being sold empty and with no one living in this 50+ year old house there were many times when a serviceman needed to be met and Patti was available for many of those. My impression was she understood the market very well adn also was clear about her thinking and made needed adjustments to the sales strategy when it became necessary. No drama, no problems, just a competent agent.
