Patti knows the market

Patti knows the market. She has an impressive network which she willingly shares with her buyers and sellers. Her ability to change wording to suit us was appreciated. The buyers she brought into our home were financially appropriate, and looking for exactly what we were selling - saved us a lot traffic through the house. Patti is kind as well, and places her words with thought and compassion. We had things that needed to be fixed, and she gently urged us without being rude. I enjoyed working with Patti, she made the (fast!) sale of our house go without a hitch!
