Patti Field is the best agent in Delaware, maybe anywhere--an excellent negotiator and the most responsive representative a seller or buyer (we've been both with her help) could ever hope to have. She knows everything and has the magic touch. Almost twenty years ago I got my real estate license. I didn't practice but did learn how to pick and agent, interviewed successful agents in my area, and picked Patti with no hesitation.
