These “Girls” are phenomenal! Detailed, helpful, truly knowledgable about the Yuma market. Both fun and easy to work with. Thanks to Patti & Shelly for an easy and professional sale! We’d give them 10 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought my first home in 1966. Bought and sold several homes through out my military career and retired life. Shelly Martin and her team are the best I have ever worked with!
Both Patty and Shelly were great during the entire process of selling my home. If I needed anything they were both very responsive. They even put me in contact with a contractor for work that needed to be done to get the house perfect for listing. I highly recommend them if you are thinking about selling your home.
Patty, Shelly and their team definitely came through for us on their promise to work hard until our house was sold. We couldn't be happier with the work and effort they put forth throughout the entire process and if you need to buy or sell a home these are the gals you want working with you! Bravo ladies, and thank you for everything you did.... we couldn't be more grateful!
These two ladies, Patti and Shelley, never disappoint. They work hard. I sat back and let them do their job. Sold! Me ... happy, happy.
The team is very professional, easy to work with, efficient, and good communication.
Shelly and Patti were AMAZING! I sold my house and they walked me through everything and anytime I had a question they had the answeres. Every time I called they answered never had to leave a message and be called back. Trust me you will not be disappointed. 10/10
Patti and Shelly were so great to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process and made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had. The sale was super smooth and very quick. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise.
Thank you to this team! They were great in getting our place sold and made things so easy on us being out of state through the process.
We are so grateful to have been able to work with Shelly and Patti from Yuma's Home Team. They were a great team to work with. Navigating the selling process may not always be an easy one. However, they made our selling journey a success with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Thank you to Shelly, Patti, and the entire Yuma's Home Team for the adventure! Sincerely, Chrissie and Jeff
