Patti is a very nice and personable realtor. I would not however recommend if you are selling a house. Her communication and negotiating skills are lacking. She failed to follow my requests of letting me know who and when people were coming in the house. Patti showed the house with out my knowledge and did not let me know when the home inspections were taking place. She also did not let me know that the house closed. I will say that she is pretty responsive and available.
