Patsy is GREAT! She clearly understands what you want and works toward to that in all means. She is more than a real estate agent, she performed beyond and above that we felt like she was one of our family member to find that perfect house. Once she knew what we were looking for, she truthfully shared her opinions with us for every single house we saw. At the times that we don’t have the availability to see the houses she was there to record and share with us. She reached out to the owners of neighborhoods that we were interested. She even brought flooring samples to the closing. We feel like we purchased the house together :) Additionally the people she work with are also great. She was/is always there when we need her. We absolutely refer her to anyone who is looking for their future home!
