My experience with Patsy was very pleasant. Patsy made sure I understood the process each step of the way. Her knowledge was evident in how she was able to answer any question I asked. Patsy went above and beyond to ensure that paperwork was processed in a timely manner. She kept me informed of any setbacks with the lender or title company. Whenever a problem came up, Patsy resolved through communication with those responsible for moving everything along. She made sure that I understood my responsibilities as the seller. When the time came to sign docs, Patsy patiently went through each page and explained what they meant. She helped me through the stressful moment by encouraging and reassuring me that the outcome would come together.
