Patsy helped the reviewer buy this property

Hard working knowledgeable Agent with Drop in clients on a mission to purchase.

If you are looking to purchase quickly in the Charlotte area there may be no finer real estate agent than Patsy Irvin! With zero notice we descended on Patsy and her agency and requested to see multiple properties and listing on the banks of Lake Norman and Lake Wylie. Patsy immediately sprung into action, listened to our requests and was able to arrange over 6 visits on the first day. She then took to the airways and the internet and had another 10 appointments the following day. She was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared to find us our forever home. She crisscrossed Charlotte for 3 days straight making sure we left no stone unturned. She did a very nice job for us and we just wanted to say “Thanks Patsy,” for a job well done.
