She put in immense amounts of extra time for meetings at the house, phone calls with contractors, and sending us pictures and even video of projects between our acceptance of the offer and the sale closing. We got a good price for our house and were entirely happy with her service during the process. She is a great professional, and cares about the purchase/sale process, but also you as a person. Patrizia was an amazing agent. She was always easy to contact and was able to answer, or get an answer, on any questions we had on any property. She kept a log on all the properties that we were interested and visited. She regularly was available to view homes despite some being last minute. She is an agent I highly recommend and we will be using her again if we decide to go back in the market.
