Extremely unprofessional and not forthcoming realtor. She had us sign a lease for a house and then collected our security deposit, while the same house was knowingly for sale. She and the owner then within days nullified our lease, and she now is representing the same owner in the sale of the house. Her company did not return our security deposit in full. She actually tried to then get us to go through the same process with the same owner—fool me once... I would trust her to only look out for her own interests. Avoid if possible.

Patrina was a gem! I actually contacted her about viewing a house that she was the listing agent for. She was very knowledgeable and honest. And when I decided against that house she asked if there was any other house I wanted to see and she made it happen on the same day!!!! And I made an offer the next! She was very responsive and made sure she seen me through the process till the end. If you are looking for a Realtor that will work hard for you give her a call she is awesome!
