If you are looking for a honest, reliable and professional agent, Patrick is your man! Even during this crazy market where homes are getting bid on much higher than listing, he promised me we would find a house that would suit all of my requirements (including the price) and he did just that! He's a full time agent and has been in the industry for quite some time, so I didn't have to worry about working around his schedule and all of my technical questions were answered with much detail. His honesty won me over.
