My partner and I bought a new condo (11/2019) and sold our old one (3/2020) with Patrick. He helped us navigate a number of tricky situations (with third parties) during both processes with honesty, empathy, and success! He was always on top of every detail, and was able to plan creative solutions to unanticipated problems involving banks and escrow. As a buyer's agent, he helped us successfully negotiate a multiple-offer situation to come out on top, and ensured as smooth of a closing as possible given extenuating circumstances with the bank and escrow. As a seller's agent, he was able to bring in a good offer and ensure a smooth closing in a particularly uncertain time in the market. We were looking to minimize the amount of time between the buy and the sale, and he was able to make that happen. It helped that he was able to line up and coordinate multiple services as my partner and I were both very busy with long and unusual hours at our workplaces! We bought with Patrick back in 2014, were happy enough to work with Patrick again now, and we'd be happy with his services the next time around as well.

Patrick is an absolute pro on so many levels. As a new transfer to the Bay Area, he was patient and proactive in helping me to learn the city, the neighborhoods, and listened carefully to the wants and needs of my family so we could target the most realistic and desirable places. When it came to writing offers, Patrick made it clear that he believed in trying and with his expertise, we were able to get several strong offers out and successfully win a contract! We were under a tight timeline and a (still) competitive market (despite things slowing down a bit) and Patrick was thoughtful in helping us to weigh pros, cons, open up our minds to new locations, and always took the time to provide clear context so we could better understand what was normal in this market (vs. the various markets we were familiar with in DC and Boston). Patrick not only served as an experienced and strong realtor, he became one of our first friends in the Bay Area and we would happily refer him to anyone and everyone!!

We simply can't say enough good things about Patrick. He helped us purchase the home of our dreams back in 2015 and then to sell it in 2018. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth process and was always there when we needed him or had questions.
