I can't say enough positive things about Patrick for both buying and selling a home. He helped us negotiate a below ask purchase of our dream home and also was knowledgeable about work that needed to be done and persons that could do it. He also helped us sell our first home above asking price. He knew how to present the home, had a successful marketing strategy, as well as strong negotiating skills with other realtors. Patrick Woods @ Five Star Realtors is the best Real Estate service I have ever used. I have bought and sold with him on 2 different properties. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and he found it. He made it so easy. I have referred him to many friends and family and they all have loved him and thanked me for referring him. The knowledge he has, to let you know what needs to be done in order to buy or sell is over the top. You will not be disappointed with his service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Patrick is a really hard worker, he takes the time to show us all the houses we ask him to. He is honest and makes sure we know all of the information about the home. We have bought two houses and sold one with him. The selling process was smooth thanks to him! He provided us with a list of things to do to get the house ready to sell and brought in a photographer that made the listing look amazing!! He not only does real estate but has answered our questions about investing and finances. He also provided us with names of contractors, handymen, etc, when needed. He does it all!

Patrick is an amazing realtor who helped us through the process of selling our home and buying a new home. When selling our house he was able to evaluate the condition of our house and provide the price point. Then he provided a few ideas that could improve the price point that would return the most on our investment. There was a bidding war and we got over our asking price! Buying he was able to get us setup on the feed of new houses and provided us with access to a great Application. He was very patient as we looked at many houses and put in a few offers. He was able to point out areas of concerns that we would need inspected. Eventually we were able to find our perfect house and really got a great deal due to Patrick. Even after the transactions he still helps our family with great referrals for local companies to make improvements to our house. Overall, I think he is the best realtor in Kansas City and would recommend him.

Patrick Woods sold two homes for me in the last year. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Both sells went smoothly and he brought great negotiating skills to the table. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a realtor. As a follow-up, I wrote the previous paragraph a couple of years ago. And I am now updating with what has happened since then. Since the sale of my previous two homes my son was impressed and hired Patrick to sale his condo. It sold almost immediately and he has been very happy with the sale price. So that makes three homes that Patrick has sold within the immediate family. Everything was very professional and absolutely no glitches. If I had any more homes to sell I would not hesitate to hire Patrick. I highly recommend him!

You always hear about all the bad when buying a home and I can truly say our experience was great with Patrick. Always quick to answer questions and always set realistic expectations and over delivered.
