Patrick is a true professional. He kept me updated on all activity and was there when the inspection took place to answer any questions they had and also made sure to point out all the things that made the property more valuable. I can personally say that I was a little stubborn with my demands on what I thought the property was worth, we even dropped out of escrow because one buyer wanted to many concessions.
