Patrick was a great guy to work with! He was always available to answer my questions, and really put in the effort to help me find homes that were in my price range, the correct size, and had the location and amenities that I was interested in. He was always very flexible and worked conversations/showings/meetings around my crazy work schedule. Plus he is just a kind, comfortable person to be around. He always kept me updated as soon as anything changed through the process and never skipped a beat answering my questions, even if it meant a little digging and going the extra mile. I was a first time home buyer and was anxious coming into the process but Patrick was there for me every step of the way.
