Patrick was a very caring, trustworthy and committed agent. I feel he handled the difficult situations with confidence and perseverance. It can be very stressful for all but he was honest and always positive. I appreciated his knowledge and dedication!

Mr. Pat was a pleasure to work with when we bought our home in Cadillac. We were rushed to buy, (as I took a new position and had to move from the Grand Haven area). With only one days notice, Mr. Pat cleared his schedule and arranged the showing of two different homes, (on a Sunday morning). Then when we were going thru the mortgage approval process, we encountered delays totaling about 21 days. He got us an extension on our offer and patiently helped us thru the rough spots. He has patience, knowledge of the system and is an exceedingly great man to work with. Thanx tons Mr. Pat and you ARE the best!!!
