We met Patrick on a fluke. He was showing someone else a house next door to the uncompleted house we were looking at. After he finished with his client he started a conversation with us. He knew the market well, was friendly and down to earth. We talked real-estate and life. When we were actually ready to sell and look for another house we looked Pat up. He made himself available for showings, was always knowledgeable about the houses and the process. We listed our house through him. His photographer was great at accentuating the positives of the house. Patrick was great working through some problems we had with potential buyers and a less thannscrupulous agent on the other side when we tried to buy a house. When we did find the house to purchase Pat led us through the process and took time to go through the walk through before closing with us. After the closing, he found an error in the accounting and pursued it for the weeks it took to get us the $250 back for us that we overpaid. Through the whole process he truly was OUR agent making sure we were taken care of, questions were answered and that he was available. Best experience with a realtor that I have had in multiple home purchases through the years.
