Pat Tice successfully helped me renovate and sell a home in Tempe. I live in Maryland, so was concerned about finding someone I could trust from across the country, especially to hire and manage the contractors for the renovation project. Pat exceeded my expectations in every way: -Quickly put together a renovation plan and obtained quotes from trusted contractors. -Provided me with options and recommendations and was always sensitive to my budget and the "value add" of the various improvements. -Kept me updated throughout the project, including routinely sending pictures. -Listed the home effectively and provided what turned out to be a solid list price recommendation by touring nearby homes and using local knowledge. -Kept me updated and everything going smoothly through inspection and closing. Not only did the process go smoothly, but I found Pat extremely easy to work with and felt that he was genuinely interested in and enjoyed working on my home sale.
