Never doubted Patrick for a moment. He kept us informed instantly as things transpired with the sale of our house. Pat is a “no nonsense” type a guy and tells it like it is. This is the second outstanding experience we've had with Pat. Full disclosure: I've known Pat for years from a previous job but had never utilized him as our real estate agent until July 2020.
