My name is Patrick Sims and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Mid-West Georgia & East Alabama (including Troup County, LaGrange, Hogansville, West Point, Heard County, Franklin, Harris County, Pine Mountain, Chambers County, Lanett, Valley) and the surrounding areas. I have been selling real estate full-time for the past 15 years. I have worked in real estate sales as well as real estate office management during that time. I was licensed as an Associate Broker in 2016 and started working as a Qualifying Broker in 2017. In 2014 I received a Professional Achievement Award and soon after, a Broker Recognition Award. In 2005, after eleven years with District 4 Public Health, I decided to pursue real estate sales as a career. We are members of LaGrange First United Methodist Church. We give back to the community by being active in civic and charitable organizations. I have served as President of the LaGrange Junior Chamber of Commerce and the LaGrange Kiwanis Club and continue with service and charitable contributions to Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
