Patrick is one of a kind. It's easy to sell a house in a sellers market. It takes true talent and attention to detail when selling in a buyers market. We've worked with 'the best of the best' and were unable to sell the house. I was immediately impressed and felt at ease with Patrick when we decided to take a new approach.
