I had never sold a house before and was quite nervous going in. Patrick guided me every step of the way. I know nothing about real estate or finance, and he was able to explain everything in terms even I could understand. His advice on increasing the property appeal was invaluable - I really think it made the difference in ultimately making the sale. He was always available to answer questions and even checked in on me periodically to see how I was doing. The market was tough for sellers at the time and I had to reduce the asking price to stay competitive, but Patrick was there for moral support and never pushed me to make a change I wasn't comfortable with. To top it off he's just a great guy! Though I'm leaving Austin I hope you stay in touch with him in future. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a excellent realtor in Austin or anywhere else!
