Patrick Runne was the best
Patrick Runne was the best. We weren't sure that this would be the year we'd actually buy a home - we weren't confident that we'd be able to get something we liked in a competitive market, within our budget. Patrick sat with us for an hour or more at the first meeting, got to know our family and needs, spent hours at open houses and on the phone... He kept our spirits up and our feet on the ground, throughout the whole process, and in the end, he made a home happen for us. He was trustworthy, easy to work with, a pleasure to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
