Selling a home from out of state should’ve been difficult, however Patrick made it a seamless process. He routinely checked on the home and was a true partner in resolving any issues that arose. His knowledge of the lake areas and extensive personal contacts were extremely helpful. He found our buyer and negotiations were completed easily. He even stopped by on moving day to see if he could lend a hand and made calls to help sell our boats and lifts. If we move back to the area we will definitely call him. Patrick is the best!
