Being a first time home buyer, I initially had very little understanding of all the ins and outs of completing a home purchase. Patrick helped educate me on what made offers more competitive, important regional requirements (sidewalk and sewer lateral compliance), and the overall status of the market. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about his region sometimes even to granular differences of specific blocks on the same street. Having someone who could help navigate all the aspects of the purchase and what work to prioritize post sale was also invaluable as was access to Patrick's network of trusted contractors. With Patrick's help, I was able to close on a home that hit all my priorities and appraised for more than the purchase price. Patrick was always very patient and responsive to any question I posed. He never rushed or pressured me to to make any offer beyond my comfort level and was down to Earth and candid during the whole process. I would definitely work with Patrick again or recommend him as a buyer's agent.
