Exceptional Realtor, Great Listener, Excellent Knowledge of Denver

I was referred to Patrick by the agent selling my house in my departing city after she did research on Denver Realtors. Wow! Patrick and I worked well together from our first contact. We met in person for an afternoon when I came to Denver on my first house hunting visit. We reviewed my needs, price range, location interests, his experience and market assessment. The next day he assembled a starting list of potential homes, and we started our home visits. Patrick watched and listened carefully to my reactions to each home. He then revised our search criteria, and we visited more homes on day two. I really liked one or two homes and was almost ready to make an offer! Patrick reviewed neighborhood characteristics and offered some cautions. I reviewed those homes with my adult children and they (one of whom has lived in Denver for ten years) agreed with Patrick's neighborhood assessment -- it's hard to be outvoted 3-1 and not listen! So, our search continued. Without too many more home visits, we found an even better home in a better neighborhood. Patrick showed amazing patience and listening skills throughout the search process. I absolutely would recommend him to any prospective buyers. But the story gets even better! I had started working with a local bank with whom I have had a good customer relationship since 2016. After a few days that bank gave me the "You've got to be kidding" response regarding a mortgage and bridge loan with them. Patrick referred me to his regular lending partner and that person/company actually wanted my business (even as a new customer). The lender representative and I also worked well together. We got the home purchase, mortgage, et al. together in a reasonable time. I am now in my new Denver home, largely thanks to Patrick Morgan and his regular colleagues. Truly a wonderful experience for me. I give Patrick at least a 15 on a 10-point scale -- that is how exceptional I consider him.
