Patrick and Stephanie are a dream team. Patrick clearly has the national networking and marketing nailed and Stephanie brings a strong local knowledge. We switched to their team after stopping in at one of their open houses. The knowledge they exhibited on the home, construction materials, area, schools etc. was over the top. Either Patrick or Stephanie were at every open house we had and they took an incredible amount of time with each potential client. After each open house or appointment they would send us a written report. After the contract was signed they went out of their way to make sure the buyer could visit the house at anytime, since we were out of the area at the time. Their marketing, photos, videos and drone work were production quality. Since we lived on the intracoastal and close to the inlet they had the drone fly in from the ocean to our dock to give a feeling of living there. They are a perfect team and with a company like Southeby’s behind them I am sure they will always get their clients top dollar with minimal stress
