He has literally gone out of his way to help me get the home ready for sale … locating contractors to install new carpet, interior painting, even chalking and cleaning the tiles himself in the showers…. above and beyond. Patrick genuinely from start to finish took control of the situation and guided me from the first view of the property all the way to signing documents. I've never been exposed to an agent with the amount of knowledge and hands on experience he has. It would be a shame to use anyone but him if you have the opportunity/honor to work with him.
