Patrick is a very professional and helpful realtor that I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a place in the Houston area. I acquainted him when I was looking for a rental property in the Sugar Land area and found his contact information from Zillow. He was very responsive to my emails, phones, and text messages and is very fast in scheduling the showing of the properties that we wanted to see. Since we were moving from another city to Houston, he also greatly helped us to know different neighborhoods and sometimes that we were unable to visit the property he kindly visited the property and quickly sent us a very good video with his expert insight that we could make our decision. And more importantly, he is also very helpful in finalizing the lease agreement and in transferring our comments and desires to the landlord.
