I highly recommend Patrick Laurienti! He is honest, patient, positive, and professional! Patrick answered all of our calls and questions immediately and checked in every day! He truly goes above and beyond to check in on his clients and ensure all their needs are met. We purchased a new bid, and he was very strategic in what inspections were needed and when. We purchased my home during the corona virus outbreak, and he adapted exceptionally to every curveball thrown our way!
